Granadilla's

The granadilla is considered as the sweetest member of the Passiflora family. The skin is hard but fragile and the inside is white with grey pulp and black pips. When this subtropical fruit is orange and solid the fruit is ripe. You can eat the pulp directly, but it is just as the passion fruit fantastic in cocktails or salads or as glace on a cake.
