Asian vegetables range from Pak Choy, Baby Pak Choy to Kailan, Choisam etc. These vegetables are most commonly used for stir-fry dishes. They are rich in nitrates and therefore best not eaten with fish.
On the other hand they are packed with vitamins and minerals and very low in calories, making them the perfect vegetable for a healthy but tasty meal.
